Description
Scenic Marine Drive, a splendid panoramic oceanfront route, is a good way to appreciate the city of Victoria, its superb location on the Strait of Juan de Fuca and its gorgeous gardens. Heading southward, the road crosses the verdant Beacon Hill Park, then passes in front of milestone "zero" of the Trans-Canada Highway. From Finlayson Point and Clover Point, on Dallas Road, in clear weather the views stretch as far as the Olympic Mountains, in the Washington State.
