Useful information

Description

Standing at a height of 634m, the Tokyo Sky Tree is the tallest TV tower in the world. It was built to withstand earthquakes, using techniques that have been used in Japan since the 8C (the 31 floors are distributed along the grid of a steel tubular structure forming a floating "sheath" around the central pillar). Take one of the two lifts up to the highest accessible point (451m) and take in the vertiginous panoramic view over Tokyo and Mt Fuji on a clear day.
