Description
A ‘food laboratory’ housed in a small, renovated warehouse. Only creative cuisine, fragrant with spices and suffused with the umami of tea, for pairing with cocktails is offered. Recipes take their inspiration from French cuisine and the restaurant’s name, which means ‘wither and decay’, is from the desire to breathe deeply of love for old cuisine before creating the new.
