Useful information

Description

Located on a prehistoric site where the oldest human dwellings in Europe (400,000 years old) have been found, this museum presents an educational and amusing exhibition devoted to the life of these early Niçois who hunted elephants, stag and rabbit with stone tools made from stones found on the beach. The site, part of the Archaeological Museum of Nice, should be viewed with that of Cimiez devoted to Antiquity.
