Description
This majestic former government building dating from 1925 was designed by Belgian architect Agustín Goovaerts (1885-1939). After that, it was completely reorganised and transformed into a bustling shopping centre, with dozens of shops, restaurants and bars. An escalator goes to the top floor, from where you can appreciate the opulent interior architecture and its countless arches.
