Description
Founded in 1462 by Jean de la Cambe, known as Jean le Gantois, this hospice welcomed poverty-stricken elderly citizens and the sick up until 1995 and now houses an upmarket hotel. Outside, the gable of the Salle des Malades (15C) is surrounded by 17C buildings (Rue de Paris). Inside, you can explore the Salle des Malades and the 17C chapel. The visit continues in the various courtyards and the Salon des Soeurs, which has been turned into a reception area.
