Description
This promenade honours the memory of Charles II, King of Navarre and Count of Evreux (1332-1387), and Robert de Flocques, who liberated the city in 1441. The ramparts have long since disappeared but this remains a pleasant promenade, leading to the Tour de l'Horloge (clock tower) and Notre Dame Cathedral.
