Description
Inspired by Italian Renaissance palaces, it was built over the period 1919-24 as a residence for King Alfonso XIII. Designed by engineer Nicolau Rubió i Tudurí, its fine gardens contain a wide variety of bougainvillaea, cypresses, pines and cedars from various latitudes.
