Description
At the heart of Amiens, this unique group of floating market gardens is a must that is best admired by boat along the region's network of canals, unless you prefer to take the towpath that skirts the river and gardens. On the third Sunday in June, the "water market" is revived and the hortillons come by boat to sell their fruit and vegetables as in days of old.
