The summit of Mt Pelat (3 050m) boasts exceptional panoramic views over the mountain passes, Col d'Allos, Col de la Cayolle and Col de la Bonette, as well as the Tête d'Estrop, Grand Cheval de Bois, Grande Séolane, Parpaillon, Chapeau du Gendarme, Brec de Chambeyron and, on a clear day, as far as Mt Blanc, Mt Viso and Mt Ventoux. To take in this exceptional location, allow 5hr (round trip).
