Description
A breath of fresh air is blowing through this gourmet establishment, founded in 1936, thanks to chef Thomas Vonderscher. After a time in Toulouse, the chef has found his bearings amongst Brittany’s splendid produce (seafood from Saint Malo Bay, lamb from the salt marshes, buckwheat), with which he crafts delicate, creative recipes that embody his distinctive culinary flair, in particular for jus and sauces, namely his cream of Brittany green curry. Feelgood food at the Bistrot 1936.
