Describing himself as a “cook-cum-storyteller”, the owner-chef at this restaurant delights his guests with dishes which are creative and passionate, yet also carefully prepared and highly technical. You’ll realise that you’re about to experience something very special as soon as you step into this late-19C rustic-style restaurant, where a neon sign states “Until then if not before”, a huge work by the English artist Jonathan Monk, who interprets the concepts behind 1960s Conceptualism with humour and a light touch.
