The eponymous restaurant of this Piedmont-born chef features a contemporary dining room embellished with cookery books, a patio-terrace, plus a private dining space. The thoroughly modern cuisine has plenty of personality, extolling the virtues of seasonal products, with a focus on texture and meticulous presentation. Day events focusing on different food themes (truffles, wild mushrooms, game etc) are also held throughout the year. From Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), a particularly interesting “Bib Gourmand Guía Michelin” menu is also available.
