The Michelin Guide's review
Hosiló translates as ‘small room’, an apt name for this single-storey building sandwiched between two larger structures in a side street not far from the House of Collections. There’s a slightly industrial feel to the room, which comes with a high ceiling, a central bar and an unusual trapezoid window to the rear that makes the most of the daylight hours. It’s owned by three friends and, unusually for the city, has a loyal local following thanks to both its laid-back ambience and its concise, market-inspired menu that offers the likes of halibut with sweet potato gratin and miso sauce.
