Description
This pleasant excursion a few kilometres from Cantanhede is a chance to see a chapel boasting a reredos carved from Ançã stone, attributed to Jean de Rouen. It has been carved with extremely fine detail and depicts the auxiliary Virgin, surrounded by two angels, religious dignitaries and people surrounding her on their knees.
