Description
A pazo is a large, austere-looking Galician manor house with an agricultural focus and dotted with outbuildings. Behind the crenellated tower of this 18C-19C pazo, visitors can explore the splendid garden which blends in surprisingly well with its setting. The humidity here encourages the growth of aquatic plants and moss on its stones, creating an intimate relationship between its architectural features and the vegetation. Running water and fountains also play a key role here.
