Description
Familiar to great pastry chefs, the Valrhona chocolate factory, founded in Tain-l'Hermitage in 1922, has created this discovery centre dedicated to chocolate on the company's historic premises. An initiation in tasting, manufacturing secrets, the flavour table, workshops and classes reveal to chocolate lovers and foodies everything that goes into making a square of chocolate.
