Description

A joint project with Science North since its conception, this attraction invites the visitor to go down an old nickel mine. Long a Sudbury landmark, the Big Nickel near the mine is a replica of the 1951 Canadian commemorative five-cent coin (9m/30ft-high, 0.6m/2ft-thick).
