Description

Until 1806, Le Clos du Valle was an island that was separated from Guernesey itself by a channel subject to the tides, which is now filled in. From St Peter Port, you can set off to explore the delights of this land situated at the northeastern tip of the island, from medieval castles (the Ivy Castle and Vale Castle), more recent forts, bays where you can take a dip, small fishing ports or marinas, prehistoric vestiges...
