Useful information

Description

This palace is typical of aristocratic private residences in Seville. It was set up in the early 20C by the Countess of Lebrija, who recreated a fully-fledged museum for her archaeology collection, which include most notably some magnificent Roman mosaics from Italica. The staircase is an absolute wonder: completely covered in azulejos and with a superb artesonado ceiling. An extraordinary collection of furniture and works of art is presented on the first floor.
