Land's End/Penn-an-Wlas
The Green Guide

Useful information

Description

The land ends at this mythical headland, its tip the southwesternmost point of England, where the waves of the Atlantic batter one of the most outstanding cliff landscapes of southwest England, if you ignore the visitor complex that blights part of the site. Land's End (Cornish: Pedn-an-Laaz) reveals all its splendour early in the morning and at sunset, when the lighthouse is swathed in frothy spumes.
