The Municipal Museum has been housed in the former Jacobine convent since 1880. The ground floor displays a collection of sculptures from the 13C to the 19C, including original plaster casts by Augustin Dumont (19C sculptor, specialised in commemorative statues) and two angels originally in Notre-Dame Church. Other rooms are given over to a biology section and collections uncovered on prehistoric, Gallo-Roman and Merovingian sites. There are also paintings from the 17C-19C and a room devoted to the Middle Ages.
