Search a tourist attraction

A trip to the site remains etched in the visitor's memory, all the more so because Ciudad Perdida can only be reached after a hike of several days in the mountains and jungle. The Lost City, or Teyuna, is a set of levelled out terraces on the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, built circa 700. Amerindian populations continue to live in the surrounding area and to practise their religious rituals. It is a sacred site for the indigenous Arhuaco, Kogi and Asario.
