Description
The fine 19C building that housed a major Gallo-Roman lapidary collection is closed for lengthy works. Just one room now displays artefacts related to the everyday life of the Gallo-Romans of Mediolanum Santonum: crockery, jewellery, garments, games and a fine statue of a divine couple carrying a horn of plenty, a fragment of a 4C mosaic.
