Description
In the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park, a train takes you through 4km of woodland before dropping you off in the Marquèze area, which extends over almost 20ha. It has been reconstructed to present life as it was organised here in the late 19C. Almost 30 buildings can be found along this vast discovery trail: the manor house, shepherd's house, and tenant farmer's house with all its barns, beehives and hen houses. Swing by the baker's oven, treat yourself to something sweet, and then take a look at the sheep pen.
