Description
A magnificent avenue of cypress trees leads up to Romena castle, built in the 11C by Count Guidi and his descendants. The castle, which has only retained three of its original 14 towers, is extremely picturesque and its ruins make a romantic sight. The views of the Valdarno are stunning.
