Description
Dom Thierry Ruinart was a good friend of Dom Pérignon and must have had the master's secrets confided to him at some stage. Indeed the nephew of the monk established this estate, which experienced a boom with the rise of the restaurants, a lull during the World Wars and another boom in 1949. His cellars occupy three levels of in an exceptional group of Gallo-Roman «crayères»
