Description
The Earthenware Museum spans several centuries of the history of Quimper and its earthenware. Mainly focused on the evolution of shapes and colours, it will give you an insight into the profession of earthenware maker and help you appreciate how styles and manufacturing techniques have developed. Among the contemporary products, notice the complex motifs by Quillivic and Mathurin Méheut, the minimalist designs by René Beauclair and unique pieces by Giovanni Leonardi.
