Ljubostinja Monastery, founded in the late 14C, was an important cultural centre, a place where illuminated manuscripts were produced. Its Orthodox church, typical of the Moravian School, is one of the best preserved in this style. Admire the gate, the richly decorated blinds and rosettes, as well as the magnificent frescoes depicting the founders of the monastery: Prince Lazar and Princess Milica who, once widowed, became a member of the Order.
