Useful information

Description

Victory was Lord Nelson's flagship, aboard which he led many victorious battles, including Trafalgar (1805), where the Admiral perished. Around 1920, she was brought into dry dock after 150 years of loyal service at sea. Since then she has been the seat of the Commander in Chief of the Royal Navy and is still manned by serving Royal Navy personnel and Marines. Thanks to a skilful restoration she has been returned to her state at the time of Battle of Trafalgar.
