Named after its former owner, blacksmith Jeremiah Elfreth, this charming little street dates back to the early 18C. Certain houses have stood here since 1725 and the artisans of yesteryear have been replaced by lucky citizens, who are proud to live in the "nation's oldest continuously inhabited residential street".
