Description
The Pilar and Joan Miró Foundation is the fruit of the pair's desire to give Palma a lively cultural and arts centre. In the shadow of what was Miró's home from 1956, the espacio estrella designed by architect Rafael Moneo shows works bequeathed by the couple in rotation. A visit also gives you an insight into the world of one of the most original creators of modern art, as well as the large studios designed for him by his friend Josep Lluís Sert.
