Description
An 1840s plantation house, built by Colonel Sheegog, and purchased by William Faulkner in 1931. Sold in 1972 by Faulkner's daughter Jill to the University of Mississippi as a museum and tribute to the life and work of one of the South's most acclaimed writers.
