Description
On the island of Dugi Otok, the village of Savar ends in an islet, linked to terra firma by a sea wall where a few multi-coloured fishing boats are moored. The island is home to a delightful 9C pre-Romanesque chapel (Sv. Pelegrina) nestled between the sailors' cemetery and the clear waters of the bay.
