Description
The Gothic cathedral has a northern Renaissance portal on the theme of the Annunciation. You enter the sanctuary via the chevet, where a very elegant 14C cloister from the Merced Convent was placed in 1942. The Sacred Art Museum contains an important painting collection, including a Velásquez, The Temptation of St Thomas of Aquinas.
