Description
The building seems rather small next to the imposing archbishop's palace. Indeed, it was built in the 17C, at the time of Ottoman domination, when Christians had to be discreet. But inside all the opulence of the Byzantine style is unleashed: gilded wood panelling, sparkling crystals and on the walls a complete cycle of 17C paintings.
