Many visitors choose the islands of Nha Trang Bay for a day's excursion. The beaches are perfect for kicking back, and the crystal-clear water is ideal for scuba diving or a boat trip out to sea. The nearest island to Nha Trang is Mieu Island, accessible from Cau Da. It has two fishing villages. To get away from the crowds, why not rent a boat so that you can create your own itinerary and time it to avoid coinciding with excursions operated by local travel agencies.
