Useful information

Description

In 1862, the collector Thomas Dobrée had this stunning Romanesque Revival palace built by Viollet-le-Duc. While it is closed for refurbishment, part of the collections is displayed in temporary exhibitions in a variety of venues: French furniture, Greek and Etruscan pottery and Egyptology displays, as well as regional history and Chinese artefacts.
