Description
Mystic Seaport is a fascinating reconstruction of a typical 19C port. The complex developed around an exhibition of maritime objects housed in a restored mill and now comprises 60 buildings dotted around a 17-acre site, including three fully rigged tall ships moored at the waterfront. Mystic Seaport is also home to around 500 small craft and more than a million maritime photographs, the largest collection of its kind in the world.
