Description
Peña de los Gitanos occupies a hill 5km from Montefrío. You reach it along a footpath through olive trees. In a meadow beyond an abandoned mine, you will see a dolmen. Then, in a second meadow dotted with holm oaks, you come to a group of megalithic graves. The most impressive of these stands immediately on the right. It's another dolmen, but this time has its own corridor and a funerary chamber with a roof in perfect condition.
