Useful information

Description

This museum is home to a collection of around 180 model ships, from transatlantic liners such as the Titanic and the Normandie to ships used by great explorers. Originating from the Prince's collection, some of oldest models in the collection were built by Albert I himself in 1874. Note Captain Charcot's Pourquoi pas, Jacques Cousteau's Calypso and Alcyon, and Dr Jean-Louis Étienne's Antartica.
