Description
Occupying the former Palacio de Comunicaciones, the Museo Nacional de Arte boasts a collection of Mexican artworks dating from the mid 16C to the early 20C. Paintings by Juan Correa, Cristóbal de Villalpando and José Juárez are shown in a grandiose setting. Note in particular the watercolour of the Virgin of the Rosary by Luis Lagarto.
