Description
St Bonaventure, celebrity of the Franciscan Order, died during the Second Lyon Assembly of 1274. The simple style of this church bears witness to the respect that Franciscans have for all forms of poverty. Despite its simplicity, the church is home to one of the finest organs in Lyon, as well as four 18C Aubusson tapestries depicting the saint's life.
