Useful information

Description

This church has been destroyed and rebuilt several times. Thebell-tower (1715) adopts the shape of an octagonal lantern with three levels. The name «Paternoster Royal» is derived from the Bordeaux wine city of La Réole, a city which british wine merchants conducted business with at the time. The church is the headquarters of the The Mission to seafarers.
