Useful information

Description

The tower rising over Cheapside houses the famous Bow Bells and supports a majestic belfry (1671-1680). A 3m-long copper dragon ridden by a tightrope walker serves as a weathervane 72m above the ground. The Norman crypt has retained its original columns with cubic capitals and today houses a simple yet good restaurant which is very popular with workers in the City.
