Useful information

Description

The Bethnal Green Museum of Childhood houses collections of toys, dolls, soldiers, etc. from the Victoria and Albert Museum, as well as all sorts of objects related to childhood. The building, one of the earliest examples of the glass and iron prefabricated construction so dear to Paxton, was originally built to house the 1851 Exhibition and was moved here in 1872.
