This delightful Chinese Palace, a Rococo gem, was the work of Rinaldi in 1768. The Middle Kingdom is honoured here from the floor to the ceiling, which teem with Chinese motifs. The particularly remarkable Bead Room glows with finely embroidered silk panels set against a background of glass beads. The amazing Great Chinese Salon boasts wonderful wood panelling and parquet floors inlaid with ivory Morse symbols depicting China.
