This remarkable 13C edifice houses the town hall. On the main façade five Gothic triplets can be seen with semi-circular arches. In the 19C, a Neo-Classical façade was built to the rear, next to the Segre and then restored later in a Neo-Gothic style. The reception hall is home to a Gothic altarpiece (1451), the Virgin of Paers. The cellars, known as the "Morra", were for many centuries the town prison.
