Useful information

Description

This group of museums occupies a cluster of buildings dating from the 16C-18C, the most emblematic of which is the Curtius Palace (16C). The most remarkable exhibit from the prehistoric to the medieval period is Notger's Evangeliarium. The Religious Art and Mosan Art department focuses on religious art in the diocese of Liège since the Early Middle Ages. Also of interest are the departments dedicated to weapons, decorative arts and glass, as well as the Baron and Baronne François Duesberg Donation (artefacts relating to table art).
