Description
It must be admitted that Château Dubuc has a dubious reputation. Although this estate was officially a sugar plantation, according to legend, the plantation was involved in slavery and smuggling, which the size of the warehouses compared to those intended for sugar cane would seem to confirm. Today in ruins, this 18C château and its small museum will take you on a journey through time, back to swashbuckling buccaneers and sugar cane plantations.
